Kings Hill full time initially, hybrid thereafter
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm
30 days annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays)

We are working in partnership with a market leading financial services company who truly value, recognise and reward their staff; they are looking for a Banking Administrator to join their team of KYC Administrators and KYC Analysts on a permanent basis.

The successful Banking Administrator will ideally have at least a basic understanding of KYC / AML / the process of banking, payments and transactions but candidates from compliance / insurance and other backgrounds will still be shortlisted. You will have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy as you will often be reviewing large volumes of data and you will be someone that enjoys learning new processes, procedures and guidelines and retains information well.

The key duties for this Banking Administrator are:

  • Undertaking the requesting and updating of anti-money laundering/know your customer requirements of all customers on a regular basis
  • Identifying and investigating any unusual activity, escalating as required and carrying out due diligence checks on inward and outward payments across all areas of the company
  • Reviewing all customer account records on a regular basis depending on the risk level given to that customer
  • Completing risk assessments of customers
  • Corresponding with customers on the phone and in writing

The key skills required for this Banking Administrator are:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate
