Banking Controls Manager | BELFAST | Contract until June 2025 | �580/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid 3 days a week in the office 2 days work from home | Investment Banking or Retail Banking | Risk and Controls | Financial Markets Operations | Structured Product Sales | Ops Manager

Our client is seeking a Banking Controls / Operations Manager to join their Markets Operations - Risk Reporting & Governance Team to help work on New Product Controls Activity. You will be responsible for leading the teams for the identification and reduction of risk (controls) within areas impacting the wider Markets Operations teams.

If you have a background in retail banking with controls knowledge we would welcome your application.

Your Essential Experience:

• 5+ years' experience in Financial Services (This can be Investment Banking or Retail Banking)
• Knowledge and experience working within Operations/ Risk & Control with an understanding of a global Markets business.
• Knowledge of Trade Bookings / Booking Flows would be beneficial
• Reconciliations and Controls knowledge
• Excellent communication skills is essential
• Analytical with great attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.

Belfast (3 days a week in their office and 2 days working from home) | �580/d Inside IR35 via umbrella
