Banking / Insolvency Litigator

Job DescriptionA global Fintech platform is looking to hire an interim Litigation Counsel with a background in banking and or insolvency related matters. This is a short term contract that is likely to be extended. Initially it is a 3 month contract with the view to extend beyond that.The client is looking to hire a junior to mid level candidate to free up the time of the General Counsel. The work is straight forward and will be handling claims from claimants that are mostly based in Lithuania. Essentially the client needs someone to focus on this fulltime to get this resolved whilst the GC focuses on other pressing matters.The ideal candidate will be immediately available with a background in banking / insolvency litigation. There is flexibility on PQE as there is a higher emphasis on experience and the ability to work autonomously.Inside IR35, £300 p.d umbrella If of interest, apply for additional information on the client and requirements.
