Job Title : Banksman / Yard Assistant

Salary : �30,000 per annum

Location : Hersham, Surrey

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 ; Saturday, 07:00 - 12:00

Job Description :

We are seeking a reliable Banksman/Yard Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the movement of vehicles and machinery on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency. Additionally, you will assist with various tasks around the yard.

Key Responsibilities :�

• Directing the movement of trucks and heavy machinery using hand signals and radio communication.


• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards.


• Ensuring compliance with site safety protocols.


• Assisting with loading and unloading materials.


• Maintaining a clean and organised yard.


• Supporting other team members with general yard duties as needed.
