Heaton House Farm is a family-run company encompassing Heaton House Events and our onsite catering company Stable Yard Catering . We provide the highest quality events, specialising in weddings but also hosting additional events such as charity events, corporate meetings and company flagship events all delivered by our events team with exceptional detail and of course friendly customer service.

All food and beverages are delivered by our Stable Yard Catering company which is an innovative catering company passionate about creating and delivering a fantastic food and beverage service to our clients and their guests. We are seeking a Banqueting Head Chef to join our brigade.

Responsibilities as our Banqueting Head Chef will include:
Designing innovative, on trend menus with costings
Responsible for all food operations on a daily basis
Be a confident ambassador for the company interacting with clients and promoting future business
An allergen champion and ensure that all allergens are handled in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain the 5 star food hygiene that the company has gained
Ensure the kitchen is cleaned to the agreed company standard
