Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join a client they are working with based out of a Hotel in the heart of the Lake District.
Working in a bespoke setting, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support in various areas of a restaurant.
Your key duties will include;

• Under the guidance of the management team, oversee the experience in the Bar and Restaurant whilst ensuring the guest experience is the best it can be.
• Monitor and address time management ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Provide training to new and existing team members.
• Managing stock levels
• Working independently to deliver standard operating procedures
• Organising team briefings
• Organising and delegating roles
• Managing the restaurant booking system
• Resolving guest issues
• Cashing up at the end of the shift.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar Supervisory or Managerial role.
Requirements:

• Be over the age of 18 (Serving alcoholic drinks)
• Flexibility - To work on a rota and be available on weekends.
