The Role -

Managing the bars at the venue
Supervising and encouraging junior member staff
Training, recruitment and development of the front of house team
Driving sales and achieving targets
Hands on, floor based role
The Person -
Outgoing friendly and professional
Good knowledge of food and wine, cocktails
Already working in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant to AA rosette service levels
Good knowledge of standards
Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
