Your Role as Bar Manager:
Oversee operations across multiple bars within the venue, ensuring seamless service, especially during high-capacity events & busy periods.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20+ staff, fostering an energetic and positive working environment.
Handle logistics, from staffing and stock management to scheduling, ensuring everything runs smoothly during shows & intervals.
Take control of budgeting, stock control, and supply chain management to maximise profitability.
Develop and implement creative promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager in high-volume environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask under pressure.
A true passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
