Responsibilities as the Bar Manager
Taking responsibility for all bar operations
Showcasing flawless product knowledge of all beverages and strong stock control skills
Managing, mentoring and motivating the teams across 3 bars throughout the hotel
Ensuring all beverages are picture-perfect and meet the high standards set by the hotel
Maintaining high standards of courtesy, service and cleanliness of the bar area
Going above and beyond to ensure all team members provide a friendly and professional service for guests
