Role: Bar Manager
Location: Hitchin
Salary: £32,000 Basic + Tronc
We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and customer focussed Bar Manager to join an established restaurant & bar. You should have excellent knowledge of sprints, wines and mixology bringing a high level of class and attention to detail to your service.

What's involved?
Must have successfully managed a Premium Restaurant cocktail bar for at least 2 years on top of 1 years prior experience as a bartender
Must have Excellent spirit knowledge and basic Knowledge of wine
Lead, train, and motivate bartenders, barbacks, and servers to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive guest atmosphere.
Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu with high-quality ingredients.
Monitor industry trends and update the menu accordingly.
Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
Monitor sales, analyse financial reports, set revenue targets, and control costs to optimise profitability.
Plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.
