Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to club members and their guests
• Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our drinks menu
• Ensure the bar area is kept clean and well-stocked at all times
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and floor teams
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all club visitors
• Represent the prestigious standards of The Hurlingham Club in all interactions

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a high-quality hospitality environment
• Excellent knowledge of drinks and cocktail preparation
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
• Well-presented with a professional manner
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
• WSET certification advantageous but not essential
