Bar Staff

Position:�Bar Staff (Bar Person)

Responsibilities:

• Serving Drinks:�Responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers and staff. And taking payments for dances both at the bar and in the private dance rooms when required .


• Taking Orders:�Using a till to take orders and process payments..


• Cashing up: Cashing up the til at the end of the night to ensure all figures are correct and filling in an excel spreadsheet


• Customer Engagement:�Engaging with customers, advising them about current promotions, and pricing


• Maintaining Cleanliness:�Keeping the bar area clean and organised, promptly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards.


• Stock Management:�Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed throughout the night.


• General Bar Duties:�Clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast paced bar enviroment; training will be provided.


• Passion and enthusiasm for working in bars.


• Basic Level�in using Microsoft packages: Word, Excel
