Bar Supervisor

Bar Supervisor,�required for our client,�a prestigious hotel located in the Eastbourne area. Live in is available with this role according to availability.

As Bar Supervisor, some key responsibilities and requirements sought include:

• To ensure that the Lounge, Bar and adjacent areas are clean, tidy and presentable at all times ensuring that guests receive the highest levels of service.


• To possess product knowledge and to be aware of all facilities in the Hotel.


• To be polite at all times, dealing with complaints in a professional manner and reporting them to the Head of�Department or Duty Manager.


• To be smart at all times, wearing the correct uniform whilst on duty.� Personal hygiene to be of the highest standard.


• Understand and adhere to the statutory Licensing Laws relating to the Bar.

Key Skills for this role include:

• Sound knowledge of cocktail work and UK licensing regulations, a personal licence would be an advantage, but not essential.


• Previous experience in a hotel bar with service standards would be preferred.


• Excellent command of the English language and right to work in the UK.


• Be extremely well presented.


• Attention to detail and the drive to deliver exceptional customer care at every interaction.

The salary for�Bar Supervisor is given as�up to �26,800 (40hrs) (�24,400 / per annum salary, plus service charge �2,400 approx.) . Plus, additional company benefits available with this role also. Live in accommodation is available according to availability.
