Brook Street are currently looking for temporary bar and waiting staff to join our team.
No experience required as full training will be given on the job however good practical skills and reliability are a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Bar work and food service
- Ensuring excellent and professional guest service at all times
- Taking orders for tables and delivering food and beverages
- Assisting with setting up the bar and restaurant areas
- Assisting with waiting tables at weddings, events and parties
- Communicating with team members as well as kitchen staff and management teams
- Ability to work a flexible rota including evenings and weekends
