Responsibilities;
Deliver prepared drinks from bar pass to seated guest(s) promptly
Provide quality assurance on drink standards in appearance and presentation
Ensure the sequence of SOP is followed when presenting drinks to guest(s)
Use the correct description referred to as ‘Service Language' per drink being served
Prepare glassware for guest(s)
Polish washed glasses and once ready for service replenish sections of the restaurant
Remove dirty glasses from guest(s) tables
Maintain standards of bar cleanliness
Ensure the correct care for all bar equipment
Clearing, Cleaning and resetting tables ready for guests arrival
Provide insightful answers to guests regarding queries about F&B offering
Communicate guest(s) needs to colleagues/Managers working as part of the FOH team
Complete ad hoc tasks that protect brand image and serve to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
Requirements;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Must have flexible availability working a variety of weekday and week-end shifts from morning to evening including bank holidays
Must be available to work throughout peak trade periods
Dedication to the role with learning ability that allows them to become an expert in our F&B offering
Possess strong communication skills
Professional manner and politeness with guests
Ability to remain composed in the face of challenges
Professional appearance
Basic proficiency for English language
Ability to walk and stand for periods of long duration taking on physical tasks that include holding trays with a heavy load, moving and organisation of items and moving items to correct location.
Demonstrate correct practises in hygiene, food hygiene and health and safety requirements
