About Us: The Ealing based Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) provides a supportive and structured environment for students who require additional assistance to thrive academically and personally. We focus on KS3 and KS4 students, helping them to overcome challenges and re-engage with their education.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Work closely with KS3 and KS4 students to provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive support network.
  • Encourage and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as necessary.

Requirements:
