Teach360 are currently on the hunt for a Behaviour Mentor to work in a secondary school in Croydon. The ideal candidate would be someone who has had experience working with young people who have SEMH, SEN, challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor you need to be approachable, proactive, and enthusiastic. This will help you to build a strong relationship with your students
