The role - Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support the schools most challenging students on a 1:1 basis. For this Behaviour Mentor role you will be working with students with SEMH and Challenging behaviour so you must have strong behaviour management skills and have a calm and confident approach with the ability to diffuse challenging situations should they arise calmly and effectively. Team Teach is desirable but not essential for this Behaviour Mentor role.

This SEMH School is situated in the heart of Lambeth this SEMH School has on site parking. This SEMH School caters to 78 students between the ages of 5 - 16 with SEMH, ASD and Challenging Behaviour.
