As a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will support children with SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Essential:

• Experience working with children with SEN.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Desirable:

• Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Knowledge of specific SEN conditions and interventions.
• Training in safeguarding and child protection.
