Key Responsibilities:

• Consistency: Maintain a stable and supportive presence, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for students to thrive.

Requirements:

• Behaviour Expertise: Significant experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours, particularly within alternative provision settings.

• Experience: Previous experience in alternative education environments is highly desirable, with a proven track record of effective behaviour management.
