Position: Behaviour Support Assistant
Location: Lewisham, South East London
Salary: £85-95 per day
Monday to Friday

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our students, helping them overcome challenges, and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
What You'll Do as a Behaviour support assistant:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
Encourage and model positive behaviour, helping students develop social and emotional skills.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate and patient individual with a strong desire to support children with SEMH needs.
Experience working in a school setting or with young people is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
