We work with special educational needs schools in Bristol, and are seeking Behaviour Support Assistants with a passion for creating fun and engaging ways to support students. Pupils are aged 4-16 and have Social, Emotional, & Mental Health needs, as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD.
About the schoolThe schools focus on areas where progress can be made whether emotionally, socially, behaviourally or academically. Supportive staff teams work together to create enviornments where the pupil s can thrive. The Behaviour Support Assistant will support in small classes using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.
