An outstanding Secondary School in Brent looking to secure a Behaviour Support Manager to start in September 2024 on an ongoing assignment.

Behaviour Support Manager role
The role is to support and assist with the internal exclusion unit and the reflection room and ensure that students are well behaved, take responsibility for their mistakes and engage with meaningful schoolwork. To support SAB and the senior pastoral team with key behaviour support across the academy.
The successful candidate must have previous expereince within a pastoral/behaviour setting role to be considered for this role.
