Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Monarch Education are recruiting for a school in Rugby who are looking for individuals to take on a Behaviour Mentoring role. The school is seeking someone who is confident communicating and interacting with young people and supporting them with their social, emotional and mental health needs.

Job Description:

• Working with children in the classroom setting
\n
• Managing challenging behaviour
\n
• Working with students one to one
\n
• Acting as a positive role model to students
\n
• Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students
\n

\n

The school are looking for someone who:

\n

\n
• Has experience working with young people, this could be as a Sports Coach, Dance Leader, Scout Leader or something similar
\n
• Has a positive attitude
\n
• Can engage children in and out of the classroom
\n
• Feels confident managing challenging behaviour
\n
• Has a can-do positive attitude
\n
