Benching Goods Out Dispatch Operator

NexGen Consultancy LTD are currently recruiting for a Benching/Goods Out Operator to join a well established engineering company located in High Wycombe.�

Our client are looking for a versatile individual to obtain a variety of skills to be an 'all rounder'�

KEY SKILLS�

• Demonstratable experience of benching / deburring / finishing of machined components to a high standard


• Ability to achieve and then consistently hold drawing requirements and visual appeal�


• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment ideally in a machine shop�


• Understand and ability to read drawings and their requirements


• Understand and ability to meet surface finish requirements


• Thread work and deep bore benching�


• Computer literate�


• Approachable and can do attitude�


• Clean driving licence�

PREFERENTIAL SKILLS�

• Experience of Goods Inward / Outward functions�


• Experience of packing goods to ensure no damage can occur�


• Awareness of FOD and how to minimise it�


• Visual inspection experience�


• Van Driving

ADDITIONAL SKILLS�

• Basic Health and Safety Awareness


• First Aid Training ideal but not a requirement�


• Must be flexible and willing to adapt as needed
