Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Benefits Advisor to join an organisation based in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis, to deliver a high quality benefit advice service.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Benefits Advisor:
Manage a caseload of complex cases relating to benefit appeals
Provide advise on benefits, money management and budgeting skills
Carry out home visits if necessary
Identify and refer any cases of suspected fraud to local authorities
Maintain accurate records
Essential Requirements of the Benefits Advisor:
At least 2 years' experience in providing money/benefit/welfare advice
