Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Benefits Advisor to join an organisation based in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis, to deliver a high quality benefit advice service.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Benefits Advisor:

• Manage a caseload of complex cases relating to benefit appeals
• Provide advise on benefits, money management and budgeting skills
• Carry out home visits if necessary
• Identify and refer any cases of suspected fraud to local authorities
• Maintain accurate records

Essential Requirements of the Benefits Advisor:

• At least 2 years' experience in providing money/benefit/welfare advice
