They have a presence worldwide.The role:As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in the administration and analysis of their global employee benefits programs. You will:Assist in administering various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, wellness programs, workers' compensation, and leave of absence.Track and analyse reports from vendors regarding the usage of benefits globally.Generate and maintain regular reports on benefits participation, costs, and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding global benefits-related questions and issues, providing timely and accurate information.Support the enrolment process for new hires and annual open enrolment, including data entry, eligibility verification, and record maintenance.Maintain knowledge of local regulations in various jurisdictions related to benefits programs, including COBRA.Support the implementation and promotion of wellness programs and activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being.Develop a high-level partnership with the Payroll and HR Core team.The experience:You will ideally have some of the following experience:Experience in benefits administration or HR in a larger organization, preferably in the finance sector.Strong analytical and MS Excel skills; experience with Workday is necessary.Excellent customer relationship building skills and experience in dealing with employees of all nationalities and at all levels.Basic understanding of the varying legal and regulatory frameworks across various countries, including specific requirements for employee benefits, healthcare, and retirement plans.Experience with global benefits programs across different regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC).How to apply:If you are passionate about HR and benefits administration and thrive in a collaborative global setting, I would love to hear from you.
