What You'll Do

• Coordinate strategy deployment across multiple engineering disciplines and external supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Lead structured improvement programs, including digitisation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee quality management actions, audits, and evaluations to maintain the highest standards.
• Influence cross-functional projects, including budget steering, compliance, training, and communication initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of automotive best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to conceptualise and drive digital transformation initiatives.
