As a Bid Administrator, you'll be a key player in supporting tender submissions and bid documentation, helping to coordinate essential content. Collaborating closely with the Bid Manager and the wider team, you'll ensure that all submissions meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in preparing and formatting bid documents and PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires)
Managing and updating bid libraries, case studies, and company information
Supporting content creation while ensuring compliance with branding guidelines
Monitoring procurement portals for new opportunities and managing responses
Assisting with bid meetings, workshops, and the preparation of presentation materials
