My client is a successful regional SME building contractor who specialises in public sector, local authority, healthcare, education, and emergency services projects.�
They specialise in refurbishment, retrofit, and roofing projects from �100k to �3m in value and have a turnover approaching �15m in the forth coming year.
In line with planned expansion�of the company, they are currently seeking a Bid Writer / Bid Coordinator to join their team.�
The successful candidate will have previous�Bid Writing and Bid Coordination experience and enjoy working as part of a team. You will have work closely with the Estimating Manager and�and the preconstruction team. The role will involve both Bid Writing and setting up of a library, filing information and putting in place Bid metholody and processes. There is a lot of opportunity to expand this role as the company grows.
Experience of the construction industry is essential.
Previous experience bidding for public sector projects�is ideal.
A knowledge of In Design will be preferable for this position.
This is a fully office based role (with no hybrid option).
