With a commitment to sustainability, they proudly published their Green Manifesto in 2021, outlining their approach to sustainable design.Role Overview: As a Bid Manager, you will collaborate with the principal and senior team to produce high-quality bid documents, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), case studies, competition entries, award submissions, and newsletters. Your role is essential in writing and curating content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach. You will also identify tender opportunities, monitor tender portals and OJEU notices, and present relevant opportunities to the management team.Key Responsibilities:Deliver top-tier bid documents, PQQs, case studies, competition entries, award submissions, and newsletters.Write and curate content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach.Identify and monitor tender opportunities, presenting relevant opportunities to the management team.Review competition lists and compile PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations.Skills and Qualifications:Excellent writing skills; a background in creative writing or journalism is preferred.At least five years of experience in bid writing within the architectural industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong copywriting and copyediting skills.Familiarity with PowerPoint and InDesign.Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of autonomous working.Proactive and able to manage multiple project priorities.Why Join This Practice?
