Bid Manager

City Site Solutions - Scotland are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to join one of our clients, a large multinational Tier1 contractor on a staff basis in Manchester. The successful candidate will be working on Data Centre projects so ideally should have experience within this sector.

Duties

• Deliver the bid strategy including solution development, writing bid text, costing and cost model review.


• Manage the preparation and validation of tenders and create, drive and manage a bid winning strategy.


• Manage negotiations and commercial discussions through all stages on the process.

Requirements

• Come from a Construction or M&E background.


• Have previous experience in a similar role.
