Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Concept are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning central London based engineering consultancy firm. My client provides innovative strategies and solutions to overcome complex engineering and design challenges within
the built environment.
About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic Bid Manager who will take charge of the overall bidding process. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities by managing the end-to-end bidding process,
from research and evaluation to submission and post-bid analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
The Bid Manager will have ultimate responsibility for collating all the required input(s) to produce compelling bid documents that will realise a step-change improvement in the firm's bidding conversion rate.
Be responsible for managing an opportunity from EoI/qualification through to contract award.
Gather feedback on past bids to continuously improve future submissions.
Chair bid planning meetings and lead bid/no bid decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Proven track record of securing high-value complex engineering, consultancy and construction services solutions. Ideally you will already have an excellent understanding of the built environment and construction industry.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality narrative under tight deadlines.
Be able to build strong relationships and influence at all levels, across specialisms and with senior colleagues.
