Job Opportunity: Bid Manager
Location : Birmingham
Salary : £70,000 DOE
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking a talented and experienced Bid Manager to join our clients dynamic Bid Team in Birmingham. You will oversee the management of bids from PQQ to submission, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically appealing submissions. This role involves collaboration across departments, marketing tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the bid process and allocate projects based on size, design, and workload
Schedule and coordinate deliverables for bids, managing the tender diary
Complete PQQs, expressions of interest, and prepare high-quality bids
Write, edit, and refine questionnaire responses
Maintain a library of key documents, case studies, and CVs
Oversee marketing efforts, including maintaining the company website and social media
Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations, including post-tender interviews
Manage travel and accommodation for team members
Assist in the preparation of board reports and take meeting minutes
Supervise Bid Team Assistant and ensure consistent workflow
Back up for the Bid Team Assistant during absences

Key Skills & Behaviors:

Proficiency in InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
