I am looking for a Bid writer / Submissions Manager with a good construction background, to deliver tender quality submissions excellence for projects in Belfast.

Role

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within bid writing/submissions management. This role would suit a Bid writer.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing web portals for PQQ/tender opportunities
  • Analysing PQQ/tender for viability as well as creating/updating PQQ/tender information on company IT systems
  • Managing the clarification and RFI process; proof reading colleagues' work
  • Creating/updating the pre-construction library/standard marketing information
  • Attending site visits and participating in PQQ/tender interviews

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience in Bid writing/Submissions management roles
  • Strong IT and creative presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within the construction industry
