Role: Bid Manager

Location: Oxfordshire ( 2 days from office other days home office )

Salary : £50k,£70k ,Car or Car allowance , 26 days holiday plus bank holidays ,pension and a number of other benefits

Superb opportunity for a Bid Manager with experience from either Construction , FM ( Facilities Management ) or other related Construction Service Services, Highways , Maintenance etc

The Role:

My client are a growing business and are going from strength to strength working on projects across the Oxfordshire region. The role requires an individual who has team leadership as there will be 2 junior bid managers supporting the Bid Manager.

• You will be reporting into the Director and responsible across all services my client are involved in.


• Staying close to the business delivery team and tenders and Liaise with the commercial team


• Accountable for strategic direction on bids and marketing of the business

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have a background from Service Related Industries such as Construction , FM , Civils , Highways , Industrial Services


• Excellent communication skills


• A positive outlook and desire to be involved with a growing business
