An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager to take the lead in bid and tender processes for high-end construction projects in London.
As a Bid Manager, You Will:

• Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids for luxury projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Develop competitive bid strategies and ensure high-quality, compelling proposals.
• Oversee the transition from preconstruction to project execution, ensuring seamless alignment.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

A Bid Manager Must Have:

• Proven experience in bid/tender management, ideally within the luxury or high-end construction sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate contracts and influence key decisions.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a confident and strategic approach.
• A solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement strategies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
