Job Title: Bid Writer

About the role: The successful candidate will be a dynamic Bid Writer who will support the overall bidding process. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities and continuing the upward growth the company is on.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Bid Writer will have responsibility for collating all the required input(s) to produce compelling bid documents that will realise a step-change improvement in the firm's bidding conversion rate.
- Gather feedback on past bids to continuously improve future submissions.
- Keep accurate records and save material to a 'bid library' for future use
- liaise with internal teams - Finance, Sales, Operations, Compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in a bid team/function previously either as a writer or coordinator.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality narrative under tight deadlines.
- Be able to build strong relationships and influence at all levels, across specialisms and with senior colleagues.
