This is reflected throughout the organisation where they pride themselves on building an inclusive and empowering culture that encourages people to ‘be themselves’.Your role will be to write and edit content for major pursuit proposals and for the templates that underpin an automation platform across all service lines.This role is flexible with hybrid working currently in place. You will need to be able to access one of their primary hubs in London, Manchester or Birmingham, there may be a need to travel to other offices across the UK as it is a national role.Principal Accountabilities:Write and edit content for the automated bid template system, Templafy. You will liaise with subject matter experts and create/or edit Bid templates for the automated bid proposal production system.Produce professionally written proposals and pitch content that articulates the organisation’s value proposition and win themes across all service lines.Work collaboratively with the business to develop the value proposition and articulate the win themes and solution narrative that support the proposal.Work closely with the wider Bids and Pursuits team members who are aligned to specific opportunities and who will seek your skills and advice as an accomplished content writer.Skills and Experience:Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content within a complex business environmentExperience in leading storyboarding sessions, participating in key review meetings/final document review, content sign-off and document productionAttention to detail, with meticulous proofreading skillsProven experience of working in a bids and pursuits team (ideally from a professional services business)The ability to develop senior stakeholder relationships and be seen as a trusted adviserPeople management skills and experienceA thorough understanding and experience of bid strategy development through to ‘end-to end’ strategy executionThe ability to present concepts and ideas to teams drawing upon deep experience of large-scale bidsWhat you will get:Competitive salary6% Cash AllowanceA company and team where culture and the employee is at the heart of everything they do.Supportive, collaborative environment with potential opportunities for growth.That’s not all.
