As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, you'll need excellent communication and professionalism, prioritising customer satisfaction. You'll handle client inquiries using your knowledge of resource materials and assist with information systems products and services. Your responsibilities include managing and resolving tickets, ensuring first-contact resolution with courtesy and discretion. Timely issue reporting, tracking, and escalation are crucial. Adhering to data protection and information security policies is essential, and you'll also be flexible in taking on additional duties as assigned.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday (09:00am-17:00pm)
