Bilingual Technical Support Engineer

Experience working in a helpdesk customer support role within a software/hardware product development organisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Communications product support background (GSM, 3G, 4G, LTE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth) desirable
Ability to diagnose and configure Windows servers and in-house tools
UK security clearance required (must have been a UK resident for a minimum 3 years)
Bilingual English and Italian/Spanish/French or Portuguese
Must have full clean drivers licence and car
