Billing Administrator\nKings Hill\nMonday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm\nOngoing Temporary role with Permanent potential \n\nKHR is working with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the South East, who at present have a great opportunity for a Billing Assistant to join the business on a full-time ongoing temporary basis.\n\nDuties of the Billing Administrator will include but are not limited to:\n\n- Process and generate invoices, credit memos and other billing-related documents.\n- Prepare and send invoices to clients \n- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies \n- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and any outstanding balances\n-Record and process client payments\n- Maintain organised and up-to-date billing records, documentation, and reports \n- Generate reports on billing activities\n\nCandidate Profile\n\n- Strong communication skills\n- Previous customer service/call handling experience\n- Understanding of the billings/invoicing process\n- Have a keen eye for detail\n- The ability to multitask efficiently\n\n\nKH Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
