Location: Solihull (2 days WFH after probation)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: £24k

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Queries Analyst to join the growing team. In this role, you will be a crucial player, handling and triaging billing-related tickets to support timely and accurate customer billing. This is a unique opportunity to start with simpler cases, working closely with a supportive team leader, and quickly progress into more complex queries as you grow.
