Billing Manager
Location: London (2 Days in Office, 3 Days from home)

Salary: �50,000 - �60,000 per annum + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Billing Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic organisation within the professional services industry.
The successful candidate will lead a team of four Billing Analysts and take full ownership of the end-to-end invoicing process across multiple business units. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, billing expertise, and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance approvals for sales opportunities via Salesforce, ensuring SLA compliance and documentation accuracy
- Manage the team's response to customer billing queries, maintaining a 10-day SLA and escalating issues where necessary
- Act as the escalation point for complex billing matters, liaising directly with clients to provide clear resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing across multiple entities, managing credit note processes and reconciliation
- Produce monthly reports comparing expected vs actual invoicing
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile reseller and aggregator accounts ahead of invoicing
- Lead, train, and develop a team of four Billing Specialists
- Support initiatives to reduce backlogs and improve process efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a billing or financial operations leadership role
- Familiarity with Salesforce and financial systems (ideally NetSuite)
- Confident managing billing queries and resolving customer issues independently
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Previous experience managing and mentoring teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
