BIM MANAGER

We are currently looking for an MEP BIM Manager with the following experience:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360


• Ability to produce 2D MEP drawings using AutoCAD and 3D co-ordinated MEP models using Revit MEP with either consultants or contractors to level Stage 5 LOD300


• Understanding of all BIM practices and documentation such as ISO 19650 and COBie and have the ability to interpret and author all forms of BIM documentation.


• Have the ability and understanding to liaise with internal staff and external consultants regarding technical aspects of projects including co-ordination of services. To include attendance at internal and external meetings


• Able to manage a small team of CAD Draughters and BIM Modellers including any training or mentoring of junior staff and quality assurance of work


• Management of workload in line with project timescales as well as all associated project documentation

The position is office based with an M & E Building Services contractor with a varied portfolio of projects including retail, education, industrial, commercial, health, public sector and residential.
