The DeFi space is growing rapidly and the team is looking to add a blockchain developer to keep with the increasing demand while building cutting edge systems without compromising security.Job Summary:As a Blockchain Developer, you will be working on designing and implementing blockchain solutions using Ethereum and other blockchain technologies. You will be responsible for writing smart contracts and developing new solutions to interact with the decentralised exchanges. You will work closely with the trading team to build, test and deploy trading strategies on various networks.Responsibilities:Design and implement blockchain solutions using Ethereum and other blockchain technologies.Write smart contracts in Solidity and develop software that interfaces with cryptocurrency exchanges.Build, test and deploy trading strategies on various blockchain networks.Collaborate with the trading team to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of trading strategies.Develop tools and scripts to automate blockchain-related tasks.Provide technical leadership to the team and mentor junior developers.Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, tools and frameworks.Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment processes.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain technologies.Strong knowledge of Ethereum blockchain, Solidity programming language and smart contract development.Experience in developing software that interfaces with cryptocurrency exchanges (APIs, FIX protocol, Websockets).Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software design patterns.Experience in developing scalable and fault-tolerant systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.Experience with other blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin, Hyperledger, Corda, etc. is a plus.
