Responsibilities:

• Commissioning BMS systems on the new Data Centre build, ensuring all controls and automation functions operate as required.
• Conducting software programming, configuration, and testing of BMS systems.
• Integrating third-party systems and validating performance to meet project specifications.
• Working collaboratively with design, installation, and project management teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Client liaison, providing expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth handover process.
• Completing detailed commissioning documentation and reports in line with industry standards.
• Supporting project delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in commissioning BMS/BEMS systems, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Trend, Tridium, and Schneider (or similar BMS platforms).
• Electrical and mechanical systems understanding, including HVAC, sensors, and controllers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to commissioning and fault-finding.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, HNC/HND, or degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, or a related field.
