BMS Engineer - London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey & surrounding areas





My client is a BEMS specialist and have a strong leadership team who have a wealth of experience within the BMS industry. They are keen on speaking to candidates to fill their current BMS Engineer role.





The directors would be open to speaking to candidates with an electrical background, exposure to controls (basic maintenance, BMS install or pre commissioning) & a keen interest in the BMS industry. Alternatively they would consider a candidate that is currently a BMS Engineer with a skill set in BMS service and some experiences with small work commissioning.





The company mainly have Trend (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5, IQvision) & Tridium (N4) sites, ideally having experience on one of these systems would be advantageous. My client are proactive when it comes to develloping their staff so you could expect a personal development plan and formal product training to keep you up to date with the latest technologies. The successful BMS Engineer can expect to work in environments like commecial buildings, retail, heathcare &�leisure.�





The BMS Engineer can expect a package of;



- �30,000 - �48,000 per annum�

- 25 days holiday plus bank�





My client is ideally looking to interview candidates based North or West of London as they like to regionalise their BMS Engineers as much as possible to cut down on travel. The BMS Engineer can expect duties like routine BMS service visits, BMS breakdown / fault finding, BMS small work commissioning & completing surveys for prospective new BMS installs & BMS upgrades.
