Job Title: BMS Project Manager

Location: London & South East

Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Project Management: Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
• System Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of BMS (Building Management Systems), ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS or HVAC industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of BMS technologies, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
